Use of the Service
softneto CRM provides a customer relationship management and appointment scheduling platform. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts & Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscription plans, features, and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, infringe on third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content associated with softneto CRM remain the property of Sagi Gabay. Your business data remains yours.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
